Why a connected revenue engine is worth it.

Two kinds of numbers. The four below came out of real engagements. Everything after them is a direction we work to move, measured from wherever you start.

Qualified pipeline
More pipeline worth working. Full-market coverage, sharper targeting and campaigns that compound instead of restarting each quarter.

Six engines. Each ships as working infrastructure.

We start where the gap is widest. Every engine runs against live data, and your team owns it at the end — nothing here is a slide. The metrics under each one are what we track and move.

Not sure which engine you need first?

That is the diagnostic's job — two weeks, and the six come back ranked by what each is costing you now.

Migrate the stack. Onboard the team. Cut the spend.

Most GTM stacks grow by accident: a tool per problem, four systems holding the same record, a licence bill nobody has audited in two years. We consolidate it, migrate the data intact, and get the team actually using what's left.

6–10 WEEKS VALIDATED DATA MIGRATION PARALLEL RUN BEFORE CUTOVER ROI MEASURED FROM BASELINE

Most teams find the first leak in week one.

Two weeks, inside your own data, and you keep the output either way.

Start the 14-day diagnostic

How we work, and three ways to start.

Every engagement runs Diagnose, Design, Build, Automate, Scale — in that order, each phase ending with something in production. Where you enter depends on what you already know.

Every engagement runs the same five phases
01

Diagnose

Two weeks inside your CRM, funnel and forecast. You get every leak named, sized and put in order.

02

Design

The target operating model: metric definitions, stages, data model, cadence and ownership.

03

Build

CRM, dashboards, forecast model and deal desk shipped and running against live data.

04

Automate

AI agents and workflows take over the assembly work — reporting, hygiene checks, deal signals.

05

Scale

Operating cadence, quota and capacity models, and an internal team trained to run it without us.

Where you start depends on what you already know
01

Diagnostic

14 DAYS · FIXED SCOPE

If you suspect something is broken but can't name it. Two weeks inside your data, ending in a sized list and a 90-day sequence.

  • Baseline scorecard across all six engines
  • Leaks ranked and sized in pipeline terms
  • GTM stack and licence assessment
  • 90-minute leadership readout
02

RevenueOS Build

6–10 WEEKS · MOST COMMON

If you know what is broken and need it fixed properly. We build the engines the diagnostic prioritised, ship them live, and train your team to run them.

  • CRM architecture and data model rebuilt
  • Forecast model, pipeline governance, deal desk
  • Executive and board reporting automated
  • AI agents for reporting, hygiene and deal signals
  • Handover, documentation and team enablement
03

Fractional RevOps

ONGOING · MONTHLY

If you need the seniority but not the headcount. RevOps leadership on retainer, running the cadence and owning the forecast as you scale.

  • Weekly forecast and pipeline reviews
  • AOP, quota, capacity and territory cycles
  • Board and investor reporting packs
  • Continuous stack and automation optimisation

Built by operators who carried the number.

OpsMetric is a revenue operations company. The work behind it comes from a decade inside high-growth B2B SaaS and AI businesses — as the team accountable for the number, not the agency advising on it.

We've built the RevOps function from zero. We've sat in the forecast call when the number was short. We've produced the analytics that went into investor diligence.

So we know which shortcuts hold, and which ones fail the moment you scale.

Every engagement ends with your team owning the system, not renting it from us.

Less reporting. More operating.

14 DAYSFIXED SCOPENO SYSTEM CHANGES

The 14-day RevenueOS diagnostic.

Every engagement starts here. Two weeks inside your data, and you leave knowing where revenue is leaking, what each leak costs, and which fix pays back first. Yours to keep either way.

How the two weeks run

DAYS 1–3Access and baselineRead-only access to CRM, marketing automation and reporting. We measure where you actually are today.
DAYS 4–8Funnel and forecast teardownStage conversion, aging, velocity, data health, forecast variance and reporting effort, quantified against your own numbers.
DAYS 9–12Leak analysisEach gap sized in pipeline or revenue terms, then ranked by cost and effort to fix.
DAYS 13–14ReadoutA 90-minute session with your leadership team, and the written plan in your hands.

What you walk away with

  • A baseline scorecard across market, data, demand, pipeline, forecast and systems
  • Your revenue leaks, ranked and sized in pipeline terms
  • Forecast variance and data health measured, not estimated
  • Manual reporting hours counted and mapped to automation candidates
  • A 90-day build sequence with owners and effort estimates
  • A GTM stack assessment with consolidation and licence savings

Questions we get before the first call.

If yours isn't here, ask it in the form below and you'll get a straight answer rather than a brochure.

What access do you need, and is it safe?+
Read-only access to your CRM, marketing automation and reporting layer is enough for the diagnostic. No configuration changes, no writes, no contact with your customers. We work inside your tenancy under your security policies, and we'll sign your NDA and DPA before anything is shared.
How is this different from hiring a RevOps manager?+
A hire takes three to six months to find and another quarter to ramp, and they arrive without a system. We arrive with one. The usual sequence is that we build the operating model and the infrastructure, then your hire runs it — walking into a functioning engine rather than a blank CRM.
We already have HubSpot or Salesforce. Do we have to replace it?+
Almost never. The problem is rarely the platform — it's the data model, the stage definitions and the governance sitting on top of it. We rebuild those inside what you already own. Migration only comes up when you're running two systems of record in parallel, which is its own kind of expensive.
What size company is this for?+
B2B companies roughly between early revenue and $100M ARR, with a sales team large enough that inconsistency costs real money. Below a handful of sellers, a good spreadsheet and discipline will outperform anything we'd build.
How quickly does anything actually change?+
The diagnostic delivers in 14 days. The first engine usually ships inside three weeks of a build starting, because we sequence by what's leaking most rather than what's easiest. Full builds run six to ten weeks depending on data condition and how many systems are in play.
What happens when the engagement ends?+
You own everything: the models, the dashboards, the automations and the documentation. Your team is trained on all of it during the build rather than at the end. We're structured so that you can stop working with us without anything breaking.
